Before It Is Too Late

Physically, mentally, socially, financially – in one way or another, the world is still reeling from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. As we prepare to enter the final month of an eventful and unprecedented year, while battling with the continued surge in cases, millions of Americans could lose crucial unemployment benefits. Their economic relief deal is coming to an end, and for many of them, these benefits will not be extended into the new year.

The world is on the verge of a stupendous crisis, and Seventh-day Adventist are asleep. There is a great work to be done, to relieve the suffering of humanity; but how can we give what we do not have?

*Today, it is not too late to prepare your heart and home for the prophetic events in this final generation. It is not too late to learn to depend upon God, and enter into His divine system of living. It is not too late to understand and appreciate (more than we have) God’s providence in giving us His “How to Live” series. Neither is it too late to study His prophecies, and learn “The Secret to Finishing the Work“.

God is pleading for workers to unite with Him –the Source of true relief– before it is too late.

Are we to wait until the fulfillment of the prophecies of the end before we say anything concerning them? Of what value will our words be then? Shall we wait until God’s judgments fall upon the transgressor before we tell him how to avoid them? Where is our faith in the word of God? Must we see things foretold come to pass before we will believe what He has said? In clear, distinct rays light has come to us, showing us that the great day of the Lord is near at hand, “even at the doors.” Let us read and understand before it is too late. {CCh 64.4}
