During the last few weeks in the capital city of Paris, and other parts of the country of France, communities have been faced with social-political unrest, rioting, and bloodshed… “Nationwide, some 630 people were arrested and more than 260 were injured, including 81 police officers, during last weekend’s protests, the third consecutive week of such demonstrations.“
These world-wide evidences of a soon coming crisis and brewing revolution confirm all that the words of inspiration have prophesied. What we are witnessing is history being repeated
At the same time anarchy is seeking to sweep away all law, not only divine, but human. The centralizing of wealth and power; the vast combinations for the enriching of the few at the expense of the many; the combinations of the poorer classes for the defense of their interests and claims; the spirit of unrest, of riot and bloodshed; the world-wide dissemination of the same teachings that led to the French Revolution—all are tending to involve the whole world in a struggle similar to that which convulsed France. – {Ed 228.2}
The events that are currently taking place in France are a shadow of the impending crisis that will soon take place in America and in other parts of the world – all leading to a worldwide revolution! God, in His mercy, is trying to wake His people up, before it is too late. How much more evidence does He have to give us?
When we see the seriousness of the times in which we are living, it should lead us to arouse from the spirit of lethargy, and seek for a closer relationship with Jesus. A close, intimate, and personal relationship with Jesus is our only safety… Today, while the hours of probation are still open, if you hear the Savior’s voice, harden not your heart.
