Across the entire globe, thousands are meeting the cruel death of starvation: an experience now accelerated since Covid-19 struck. And in America, more than 54 million people could soon face food insecurity, a large portion who never needed “charitable” assistance before.

These are the conditions that God warned would exist, as a result of inequalities present in today’s society. In response to such imparities, the “many” will war against the “monopoly power” few, leading to a prophetic crisis that only a remnant will escape. 

In India, China, Russia, and the cities of America, thousands of men and women are dying of starvation. The monied men, because they have the power, control the market. They purchase at low rates all they can obtain, and then sell at greatly increased prices. This means starvation to the poorer classes, and will result in a civil war. There will be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation. “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation, even to that same time; and at that time thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book. . . . Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly, and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.” –Ms 114, 1899. Again and again, God’s pleading call is made, to unite with Him in preparation for this time. Get out of the city, for *your home in the country; where you can grow all your own food, and learn how to depend upon Jesus. These events will break upon the world as an overwhelming surprise. The question is not if these things will come to pass, but when…

“And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.” (John 14:29)
