As protests and riots spread across the globe, several leaders are addressing the social-political crisis that we are facing. In response to the threats that President Trump made, to use military force on protesters, a retired Marine general denounced his actions, saying that this may be “the beginning of the end…“

Even without a true understanding of these prophetic times, thinking men have gone on record quoting words from Inspiration. They cannot rightly interpret these events, but all over this world they see that the handwriting is on the wall.

Soon strife among the nations will break out with an intensity that we do not now anticipate. The present is a time of  overwhelming interest to all living. Rulers and statesmen, men who occupy positions of trust and authority, thinking men and women of all classes, have their attention fixed upon the events taking place about us. They are watching the strained, restless relations that exist among the nations. They observe the intensity that is taking possession of every earthly element, and they realize that something great and decisive is about to take place, that the world is on the verge of a stupendous crisis.  {Mar 174}  

Indeed, we are witnessing the beginning of the end; not because a man said it – but God told us these things would surely come to pass.
