In our last current events post, we highlighted from the pen of inspiration one of several countries prophesied to play a part in a future civil war; which will give way to the “time of trouble such as never was…” In their recent presidential elections, Russia re-elected Putin for an additional six years. Without fail, prophetic end-time signs are being seen throughout the entire world.

After a recent announcement made by U.S. President, Donald Trump, in March, many are fearful of a trade war between the world’s two largest economies. He announced that new tariffs would be imposed (restrictions made) to Chinese goods imported to the U.S. The purpose for these tariffs, President trump said plainly that, “It’s going to make us a much stronger, much richer nation.”

The Chinese Embassy did not take this news lightly, stating that, “China would fight to the end to defend its own legitimate interests with all necessary measures… China is not afraid of and will not recoil from a trade war.” 

In India, China, Russia, and the cities of America, thousands of men and women are dying of starvation. The monied men, because they have the power, control the market. They purchase at low rates all they can obtain, and then sell at greatly increased prices. This means starvation to the poorer classes, and will result in a civil war. There will be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation. “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation, even to that same time; and at that time thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book…. Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly, and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.”—Manuscript 114, 1899. The markets are already showing effects of this growing tension… How much longer before there is an entire collapse of economy?

All these nations are being marshaled for the last, great conflict – they are in the news because they are simply acting their part, leading toward the great revolution and time of trouble…
