Time is Running Out

We must break away, little by little, from obtaining our resources from the Babylonian way of life!

It’s a startling fact that our time, money, and just about everything that we have is not derived from “our own”. This is a problem, and will bring upon our people a very serious crisis.“…for in the future the problem of buying and selling will be a very serious one.” {CL 10}

This is why, by the grace of God, we are seeking to establish a new economy-an Eden Economy! An economy, or system of living, that is not dependent on Babylon (or the world) for its products and services, in order to support and sustain life. For very soon we will not be able to buy or sell, save we have the mark of the beast.

That means before this crisis, we must have a system of living that is not based on buying or selling! This is one of the great objectives of the Eden Economy. God wants to bring His people to a place where in order to sustain life, all they need is to depend on God and each other. This was the experience that the people of God had in the days of the apostles, just before the early rain. This must be the experience of the people of God, just before the latter rain and the loud cry!

“And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common…Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, And laid them down at the apostles’ feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need” Acts 4:32, 34, 35. These verses demonstrate the type of economy that we must build, or bring into existence.

In other words, we have another ark to build! Noah didn’t build the ark overnight; it took him a period of time-120 years. However, we don’t have 120 years! What it has taken others years to learn, we “will have to learn in a few months.” {EW 67}

This is why it is so urgent that we build the Eden Economy now!

This challenge is a practical, educational assessment tool, designed to reveal:

1. The need of redirecting our resources from Babylon’s collapsing economy, into our own God-given economy.
2. The need of providing our own products and services, instead of depending upon the world.

Furthermore, this challenge is designed to open our eyes  to the need of transitioning from the world’s economy to God’s economy. This is only the beginning; but if you are successful in taking this challenge, it will take us one step closer into bringing into existence the Eden Economy.

The Eden Economy Challenge has 3 simple guidelines:

1. For 2 months, attempt to obtain/purchase 50% of your resources  (food, clothing, etc.) from only SDA sources.
2. Record your progress along the way. You may use the FREE, downloadable tracking sheets on our website.
3. Take the survey on our website, after your challenge is complete.

Those who successfully complete the challenge will get 50% off their tuition, at an upcoming training school at the Eden Way Outpost! Those who aren’t successful at completing the challenge will have the option of donating to establish the Eden Economy. Either way, your participation will make a difference! Go Forward!
