Black Bean Dip

  • 2 cups Cooked Black Beans
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. veggie chick seasoning (The Vegetarian Express)
  • 1 tsp. All-purpose seasoning (The Vegetarian Express)
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 stalk green onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice


  • Blend all black beans, cumin, veggie chick seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, and sea salt together with 2 Tbs. pure water.
  • Scoop beans into a dish and add the chopped garlic, green onion, and lemon juice.
  • Chill for an hour or on Friday for Sabbath and serve with tortilla chips.
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
