
Black Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Black Beans
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. veggie chick seasoning (The Vegetarian Express)
- 1 tsp. All-purpose seasoning (The Vegetarian Express)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 stalk green onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend all black beans, cumin, veggie chick seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, and sea salt together with 2 Tbs. pure water.
- Scoop beans into a dish and add the chopped garlic, green onion, and lemon juice.
- Chill for an hour or on Friday for Sabbath and serve with tortilla chips.
