- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter natural
- 1/2 cup honey
- In a medium saucepan, bring all 3 ingredients to a boil (medium heat). Stir with a whisk to avoid the very appearance of a lump. (This should take about 5 minutes).
- Remove from the heat and pour into a clean mason jar, or something similar. Cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until you are ready to serve the Cashew Cheesecake. Note: If previously refrigerated, allow sauce to get to room temperature before topping your dessert.
