Carrot Salad

A sweet salad to try!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon
  • 3 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 lb carrots grated or julienned finely
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Combine spices, sweetener, and coconut milk in large bowl.
  • Stir throughly to combine
  • Add carrots and raisins.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Chill, covered before serving
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God!
