
Carrot Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cardamon
- 3 tbsp honey or agave
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 lb carrots grated or julienned finely
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- Combine spices, sweetener, and coconut milk in large bowl.
- Stir throughly to combine
- Add carrots and raisins.
- Toss to combine.
- Chill, covered before serving
- Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God!
