Cashew Cheese

Cheese can be healthy . . . when it’s plant-based! Much higher in nutriment than your average block of dairy cheese, this creamy blend is perfect on just about anything.
Prep Time 5 mins
Total Time 35 mins
Course Side Dish
Servings 3 cups

Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
  • Serve immediately as a slightly warm sauce.
  • Or, for a thicker (more gelatinous) variation: chill for 30-60 minutes, then serve.
  • Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)

      No I have never tried this with roasted cashews, just raw, but if you have tried it and it turned out good, please let us know

    This is just Amazing cheese!!! I recently made some for some nachos and it’s the best cheese ever. And as a vegan it’s a great substitute. Vegan Cashew Cheese rulez!
