Cashew Coconut Curry Sauce

Savory sauce that pairs great with brown rice!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews or 1/3 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 lime just the juice
  • 1 Tbs. Golden Broth Seasoning from the Vegetarian Express
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/2 Tbs. Braggs Aminos

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a medium size pot and bring to boil over medium heat.
  • Remove from heat and pour over warm brown rice, or a similar grain.
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God!
