Cashew Coconut Curry Sauce
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup raw cashews or 1/3 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 lime just the juice
- 1 Tbs. Golden Broth Seasoning from the Vegetarian Express
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/2 Tbs. Braggs Aminos
- Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a medium size pot and bring to boil over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and pour over warm brown rice, or a similar grain.
