Cashew Date Milk
- Soak cashews overnight.
- Drain cashews from presoaked water.
- Place two cups of cashews and 4 cups of filtered water into a blender, along with 4 pitted medjool dates. Blend until smooth.
- Place your cheese cloth / mesh strainer over a bowl and pour out your cashew milk in batches.
- Once all nut milk has been strained, add in your 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract and stir. Best served chilled.
