Cashew Date Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cashew nuts
  • 4 Tsp. vanilla extract non-alcoholic
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 4 Cups Filtered water
  • 1 Cheese cloth or mesh strainer

Instructions
 

  • Soak cashews overnight.
  • Drain cashews from presoaked water.
  • Place two cups of cashews and 4 cups of filtered water into a blender, along with 4 pitted medjool dates. Blend until smooth.
  • Place your cheese cloth / mesh strainer over a bowl and pour out your cashew milk in batches.
  • Once all nut milk has been strained, add in your 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract and stir. Best served chilled.
  • Eat and Enjoy, to the glory of God! – 1 Corinthians 10:31
