- 1/4 cup corn kernels un-popped
- 1 1/2 Tbsps grape-seed oil
- 1/8 tsp salt sea salt
- 2 tsps nutritional yeast flakes
- Pop the corn kernels in an air-popper or on the stove-top.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the popped corn with oil and sprinkle the salt and yeast flakes over it.
- Toss until evenly coated.
