"Cheesy" Popcorn

A crunchy munch of popped goodness, lightly coated with a mild "cheesy" flavor! This light snack is worth savoring every kernel, and can accompany almost any meal for dinner.
Prep Time 3 minutes
Cook Time 4 minutes
Total Time 11 minutes
Servings 8 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup corn kernels un-popped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps grape-seed oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt sea salt
  • 2 tsps nutritional yeast flakes

Instructions
 

  • Pop the corn kernels in an air-popper or on the stove-top.
  • In a large bowl, drizzle the popped corn with oil and sprinkle the salt and yeast flakes over it.
  • Toss until evenly coated.
  • Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
