Creamy carrot smoothie, with coconut!
Course Beverage


  • 1/2 cup soft silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup chilled carrot juice
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. agave
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • pinch salt


  • Combine Tofu, carrot juice, and grated carrots in a blender.
  • Add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Cor. 10:31)
