Creamy carrot smoothie, with coconut!
- 1/2 cup soft silken tofu
- 1/2 cup chilled carrot juice
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. agave
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- pinch salt
- Combine Tofu, carrot juice, and grated carrots in a blender.
- Add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Cor. 10:31)
