Creamy Italian

A delicious creamy Italian dressing!

  • 6 tbsp. soft silken tofu
  • 4 tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. basil flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 pinch pepper-like seasoning from The Vegetarian Express


  • Puree tofu and water using a small food processor or immersion blender, then pulse-blend in other ingredients to retain bits of color from herb flakes.
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)

    Thanks for the regular recipes.
    What could be used as a substitute for banking powder & yeast, cause I get some people who are allergic to them, but still like to have some bread? Thanks

      Praise the Lord, depending on the allergy Ener-G baking powder is definitely something better that can be used.
