
Creamy Italian
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. soft silken tofu
- 4 tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano flakes
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary flakes
- 1/2 tsp. basil flakes
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 pinch pepper-like seasoning from The Vegetarian Express
Instructions
- Puree tofu and water using a small food processor or immersion blender, then pulse-blend in other ingredients to retain bits of color from herb flakes.

What could be used as a substitute for banking powder & yeast, cause I get some people who are allergic to them, but still like to have some bread? Thanks
Praise the Lord, depending on the allergy Ener-G baking powder is definitely something better that can be used.
