A delicious kale recipe! Taste and See!


  • 2 bunches kale
  • 1 onion optional: garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp reduced sodium better than bouillon Brand: Better than Bouillon.


  • Wash and chop kale.
  • Chop onions in strips and sauté with olive oil, in a pot on medium heat.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water into pot and mix in bouillon with a spoon.
  • Add kale with 1 cup of water and cover pot. Cook until tender (about 30 minutes). Stir kale as needed and add additional seasonings to taste.
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
