- Wash and chop kale.
- Chop onions in strips and sauté with olive oil, in a pot on medium heat.
- Add 1/2 cup of water into pot and mix in bouillon with a spoon.
- Add kale with 1 cup of water and cover pot. Cook until tender (about 30 minutes). Stir kale as needed and add additional seasonings to taste.
