
Delicious Sandwich Spread
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup carrot pieces
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 celery stalk cut into small pieces
- 4 green onion chopped
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. Veg. chick seasoning The Vegetarian Express
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
Instructions
- Combine almonds, water, lemon juice and ½ cup carrot pieces in blender. Blend well.
- Add carrots and celery stalk. Lightly grind.
- Remove from blender and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
