Home-made Salsa

Organic roasted tomatoes? In salsa? Their deep, savory flavor provides a rich base to support the robust freshness of the onion, garlic, and peppers. Yes! In salsa!

Total Time 1 hour 10 minutes

Servings 3 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (6 oz) can tomatoes organic roasted
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 3 sprigs cilantro chopped
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or cane sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Set the bowl in refrigerator, to marinate for 1 – 2 hours.
  • Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)

Notes

This salsa is absolutely delicious with tortilla chips and avocados!
