Hot Carob Drink
- In a medium saucepan whisk together carob powder, sugar and arrowroot powder until well combined.
- Pour in milk then whisk until well blended.
- Bring to a light boil over medium heat, stirring frequently, then reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer about 15 seconds stirring constantly.
- Stir in coconut milk and vanilla and remove from heat.
- Serve with coconut whipped cream.
