Lemon Pound Cake

A delightful lemon cake with a sweet glaze!

Lemon Pound Cake

  • Preheat oven to 325 F.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix dry ingredients in another bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  • Add lemon zest.
  • Line a cake Bundt pan with parchment paper.
  • Poor cake batter into pan and bake for 70 minutes.

Lemon Glaze

  • Mix powder cane sugar with 1-2 tbsp. of lemon juice and then glaze over cake.
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)

    This cake is the best lemon cake I have had. It very quick and easy to make. It is also a great addition to the Sabbath fellowship meal. The members at my church absolutely love this cake. Thank you MOL for this genius creation!

        A very nice tasting desert. Very easy to make and oh so yummy! My family and I really enjoyed it. This recipe is going into my recipe binder. Will definitely be making it again soon. By the way I substituted vegetable oil for coconut oil. Wished I had made two of them. Thank you for the recipes.
