
Lentil Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups lentils cooked
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs whole wheat
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 Tbsps nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 cup soy milk or cashew milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup flax gel or egg-replacer (to equal 2 eggs)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt sea salt
- 1/2 tsp sage
Instructions
- Preheat oven; temperature set for 350° F.
- Combine all ingredients well and pour into oiled casserole dish.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350°F.
