Millet Pudding

Pudding a sweet blend on millet!


  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 Tbs. sweeter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup uncooked millet
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch of sea salt



  • Scoop hot millet in blender
  • Add banana, soy milk, sweetener, and vanilla flavor
  • Blend until smooth


  • Bring water to a boil and then add millet and salt
  • Lower heat and cook for 30 minutes
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
  • optional-tastes great layered over granola and topped with sliced fruit or fruit sauce!
