
Millet Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 banana ripe
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1 Tbs. sweeter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup uncooked millet
- 2 cups water
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Pudding
- Scoop hot millet in blender
- Add banana, soy milk, sweetener, and vanilla flavor
- Blend until smooth
Millet
- Bring water to a boil and then add millet and salt
- Lower heat and cook for 30 minutes
- Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
- optional-tastes great layered over granola and topped with sliced fruit or fruit sauce!
