5-Minute Salad Dressing

Looking for a dressing that will give your salad a little body while still maintaining its modesty? Look no further! Bursting with nutriment and flavor, it's waiting for you!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
Course Side Dish
Servings 3.5 cups


The Base

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup oil vegetable oil
  • 1/2 box silken tofu Mori-Nu, extra firm
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt sea salt
  • 2 Tbsps honey
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes


  • 1/2 cup olives black or green (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley fresh (chopped)


  • Blend all ingredients for "The Base" until creamy.
  • Once "The Base" is creamy, stop blending and stir in the "Add-ins" (the three remaining ingredients: olives, onions, and parsley).
  • Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)

    Thank you so much for the salad dressings!!! I have been looking all over the web for salad dressings that meet our standards and let’s just say most were reduced to lemon juice and oil yuck! This is soooo good and if you add a little bit of cane sugar you can make slaw as well! Taste great. Thanks again :)
