Looking for a rustic dip to rule the rural plains? This ruddy topping, with its bold flavors, is bound to bring out the adventurer in you. Goes great with our "Cheesy" Potatoes!
Blend all ingredients together, until smooth.
Place mixture into pot, and cook (stir constantly) on low-medium heat until thick.

This is the best “Nacho Cheese” ever! Even better than Veggie Grill and Sage (restaurants in California)! My daughter said this taste better than real Nacho Cheese. I added pimentos just because I had them, not sure how it tastes without the pimentos, but I’m sure it will still taste very delicious!
