Nutty Carob Frosting

Nut your ordinary carob frosting!


  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water plus 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup Aussie Shark carob powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot powder


  • Mix all ingredients in a medium size pot
  • Bring to boil over medium heat
  • Stir continually until thickened
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool
  • At room temperature pour over cake or cupcakes
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! 1 Corinthians 10:31
