
Nutty Carob Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water plus 2 tbsp
- 1 cup Aussie Shark carob powder
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp arrowroot powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium size pot
- Bring to boil over medium heat
- Stir continually until thickened
- Remove from heat and allow to cool
- At room temperature pour over cake or cupcakes
