Oven Roasted Potatoes
- Preheat oven, temperature set for 425° F.
- Toss the potatoes with the oil.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together, then sprinkle over oiled potatoes.
- Bake for 20 minutes; then remove and toss the potatoes to ensure even browning on all sides.
- Return to oven and bake for 10-25 minutes more, until desired texture. (We like ours a little crispy)
