
Oven Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes cubed
- 3 Tbsps olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp paprika smoked
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt sea salt
- 1/2 tsp seasoning Italian
Instructions
- Preheat oven, temperature set for 425° F.
- Toss the potatoes with the oil.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together, then sprinkle over oiled potatoes.
- Bake for 20 minutes; then remove and toss the potatoes to ensure even browning on all sides.
- Return to oven and bake for 10-25 minutes more, until desired texture. (We like ours a little crispy)

These are the best potatoes. I added some Basil to them. Thank you for all the recipes. They will be really good with the ketchup. Just like French Fries & Ketchup.
