Oven Roasted Potatoes

Bite-sized, baked, and seasoned to perfection! Definitely not your average potato: these little yukon golds look more and more like the golden wedge of Ophir, with every serving.
Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 30 mins
Total Time 1 hr 5 mins
Servings 3 cups, cubed

Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven, temperature set for 425° F.
  • Toss the potatoes with the oil.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients together, then sprinkle over oiled potatoes.
  • Bake for 20 minutes; then remove and toss the potatoes to ensure even browning on all sides.
  • Return to oven and bake for 10-25 minutes more, until desired texture. (We like ours a little crispy)
  • Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)

    These are the best potatoes. I added some Basil to them. Thank you for all the recipes. They will be really good with the ketchup. Just like French Fries & Ketchup.
