Oven Roasted Potatoes

Bite-sized, baked, and seasoned to perfection! Definitely not your average potato: these little yukon golds look more and more like the golden wedge of Ophir, with every serving.

Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 5 minutes

  • 3 Tbsps olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning Italian

These are the best potatoes. I added some Basil to them. Thank you for all the recipes. They will be really good with the ketchup. Just like French Fries & Ketchup. Can’t wait to try it all together in a little while when they are finished cooking. A great & healthy blessing from Sis. Davis & Jesus.
