Peanut Sauce for Noodles
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tsp. ginger minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp. Braggs Aminos
- 1 tsp. boullion (non chicken)
- 3 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Heat over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes and serve over noodles or brown rice.
