
Quick Carob Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 Tbs. carob powder
- 1 Tbs. agave
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into 3/4 inch pieces.
- Place in a freezer bag and freeze for 3 hours.
- Take the bananas from the freezer and place in a food processor or blender with the carob powder and agave.
- Process until smooth and serve immediately or refreeze for a firmer consistency.
- Eat and Enjoy - to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
