
Quinoa Taco Meat
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 tbs non chicken bouillon
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 garlic diced
- 1 tbs nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tbs olive oil
Instructions
- Cook Quinoa in water with bouillon covered over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Add cooked quinoa to a large mixing bowl and add remaining seasonings
- Bake 20-35 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes. Quinoa is done when its golden brown
