
Raw Walnut Spread
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups walnuts
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend for 5 minutes or until well combined. (Note: Mixture should be moist and spreadable.) Serve raw with crackers or use as your sandwich spread
