More Scrambled Tofu… it’s just that good!

Scrambled Tofu II

If you liked our heavenly "Scrambled Tofu I" recipe, you're bound to love this turbo-charged rendition; with a super-bean's bold claim that will leave you more than satisfied!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 22 minutes
Cuisine Asian
Servings 2.5 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups tofu (organic) firm or extra firm
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt sea salt
  • 2 Tbsps chives or parsley (freshly chopped)
  • 2 tsps nutritional yeast flakes
  • 4 tsps seasoning vegetable based

Instructions
 

  • Rinse tofu in cold water.
  • Drain (and pat dry) tofu and mash with potato masher or fork.
  • In a skillet, sauté onions in water and oil until soft.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir together well, on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
  • Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)

    Sounds great!
    Was wondering, with turmeric being so beneficial, why you didn’t include it in ingredients. It also adds an egg -like color.

      Praise the Lord, Sister! Turmeric is definitely a beneficial ingredient – that we do use! We will be updating often, and have included another scrambled tofu recipe.
