
Scrambled Tofu II
Ingredients
- 2 cups tofu (organic) firm or extra firm
- 1/2 cup onion chopped finely
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsps olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt sea salt
- 2 Tbsps chives or parsley (freshly chopped)
- 2 tsps nutritional yeast flakes
- 4 tsps seasoning vegetable based
Instructions
- Rinse tofu in cold water.
- Drain (and pat dry) tofu and mash with potato masher or fork.
- In a skillet, sauté onions in water and oil until soft.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir together well, on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)

Was wondering, with turmeric being so beneficial, why you didn’t include it in ingredients. It also adds an egg -like color.
