
Scrambled Tofu I
Ingredients
Instructions
- Rinse, drain, and pat dry tofu.
- Crumble tofu in a bowl and set aside.
- In a large sauté pan (over medium heat), heat the olive oil and sauté the onions until soft.
- Add tofu and stir.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 7 minutes (stir occasionally).
- Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)

Please consider using “black salt” the iron & sulfur give it the traditional taste and smell associated with animal based scrambled eggs. It helps non vegans cross over to a fully plant based switch to this one recipe.
