- 1 block silken tofu 12 oz.
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp agave
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- Put all ingredients into a blender, food processor, or use an immersion blender. Blend well until creamy.
- Store in the refrigerator and use as you would regular sour cream to top your burritos, soft tacos, nachos, or on bagels.
