Steamed Squash

Simple and nice!


  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 medium yellow squash sliced
  • 1 sweet onion diced
  • 1 tsp. no chicken base better than bouillon


  • Saute onions on medium heat until translucent.
  • Add squash.
  • Stir in bullion and allow squash to cook steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Cor. 10:31)
