Sweet Nut Spread
- 1 cup hazelnuts soaked overnight
- 1/4 cup agave
- 1 tsp. non-alcohol vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup carob powder
- 2-4 Tbs. coconut milk
- Drain hazel nuts and place in food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Once hazelnuts have reached a buttery consistency, add the remaining ingredients and blend until desired texture is achieved.
- Store in airtight container.
- This is like a nutella spread.
