Tofu Mayo

A dressing, a topping, or a versatile dip - try this Tofu Mayo on spring salad or some chips.

Servings 1.5 cups


  • 1 package silken tofu Mori-Nu, extra firm
  • 1/4 cup flax seed oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsps agave organic
  • 2 Tbsps nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt sea salt


  • Blend all ingredients (EXCEPT for the oil) until smooth.
  • NOTE: We are not into a lot of salt. Sample a small amount of this mixture on the tip of your finger, and determine if you'll want to add more to taste.
  • Add oil, and blend for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)


This mayo is delicious as a dip for celery and other fresh veggies of your choice.
