- 1 plain tub of cream cheese tofutti
- 2 tbsp agave
- 2 cups plant-based creamer flavor of choice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp grape nuts optional
- 1 pinch salt sea salt
- 1/4 tsp guar gum
- Mix everything in a blender.
- Add mixture to an ice-cream machine. Follow the manufactures instruction per machine.
- Add grape nuts while ice-cream is turning in the machine.
