A delicious savory pasta dish with garden fresh delights! prep time5 minutes cook time60 minutes passive time INGREDIENTS Fresh Tomato Sauce3 packs grape tomatoes 30 oz1 small onion1 small carrot2 tbsp tomato paste1 clove garlic1/2 tsp basil1/2 tsp oregano ground1/2 tsp lemon juice fresh4 tbsp agave1/4 tsp saltAdditional Ingredients1 16oz bag of penne pasta or pasta of choice1 bag 8oz daiya mozzarella cheese plant based1 bag 8oz daiya cheddar cheese plant based1 sprig parsely veggie meat protein optional INSTRUCTIONS Cook pasta in boiling water until slightly tender, drain, and place in casserole dish.Blend tomato sauce ingredients. Pour into sauce pan and simmer for 35-40 minutes.Pour cooked sauce over pasta.Add cooked veggie meat protein (optional)Mix in some of the "cheeses" and sprinkle remaining cheese over the pasta. Bake in the over for 15-20 minutes (until cheese in nicely melted).Garnish with sprinkles of parsley.Eat and Enjoy - to the Glory of God!
