Cashew Hummus
Nut your ordinary kind of hummus!

  1. Soak cashews overnight in a bowl of water.
  2. Drain the nuts and place them in a blender with tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, onion and garlic powder.
  3. Process to a smooth paste.
  4. Gradually add a tablespoon of water to adjust consistency to suit your preference.
  5. Stir in salt and chicken style seasoning.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt.
  7. Transfer to a small dish and serve with a dusting of smoked paprika.
