- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 2 tbsp veggie chick seasoning
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- To a vitamix or food processor, add all ingredients and blend/process until smooth. Add a pinch of sea salt if needed.
- If serving with pasta, cook the noodles according to package instructions, then toss with this delicious pesto.
- You may try this pesto on your pizza as well instead of the typical tomato sauce.
