A splash of coconut makes these grits creamy and nice! prep time cook time passive time INGREDIENTS 2 cups water1 cup coconut milk1 cup corn grits2 tsp. sea salt INSTRUCTIONS Bring to boil the water and coconut milk Stir the grits into boiling water & milk mixture.Add salt and continue to stir.Lower heat and continue to stir for 5 minutes.
