Coconut Creamy Grits
A splash of coconut makes these grits creamy and nice!
  1. Bring to boil the water and coconut milk
  2. Stir the grits into boiling water & milk mixture.
  3. Add salt and continue to stir.
  4. Lower heat and continue to stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cover for another 7 minutes undisturbed. Serve immediately
  5. Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
