Colorful Rice
Delicious, colorful rice!
  1. In a skillet, saute onion and bell pepper in oil for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add rice and stir until coated with oil.
  3. Add tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, salt, garlic powder and water; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add cilantro if desired.
  5. Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
