Ingredients: 1 tbsp coconut oil; 1 onion (chopped); 4 cloves garlic (minced); 2 tsp turmeric; 1 1/2 tsp cumin; 1 tsp coriander; 1 tsp thyme leaves; 1 tomato (chopped); 4 white potatoes (chopped); 1 carrot (diced); 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas (or 1-15oz can of chickpeas); 1 15oz can coconut milk (400ml); 1 cup water; 1/2 cup frozen green peas; 1 tbsp bouillon

You don't want to eat this curry in a hurry. Take your time; enjoy yourself!

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 tomato chopped
4 white potatoes chopped
1 carrot diced
1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas or 1-15oz can of chickpeas
1 15oz can coconut milk 400ml
1 cup water
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1 tbsp bouillon

INSTRUCTIONS

On med. heat, Sauté onions. Add potatoes next, then water
Allow potatoes to cook.
Add coconut milk and all other ingredients
Stir and let simmer
