Curry ramen, that you'll want in a hurry!

  1. Heat oil in a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, peas and tvp. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add bouillon, curry powder, garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  4. Stir in water and coconut milk.
  5. Turn heat to medium heat and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add ramen noodles and cook for 10 minutes or until noodles are al dente.
  7. Remove from heat and serve!
  8. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
  9. Eat and Enjoy - to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
