INGREDIENTS

1 (6 oz) can tomatoes organic roasted
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
3 sprigs cilantro chopped
1 Tbsp maple syrup or cane sugar
1/4 tsp salt sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Set the bowl in refrigerator, to marinate for 1 – 2 hours.

This salsa is absolutely delicious with tortilla chips and avocados!
