Kale Pesto
A delicious, creamy, kale pesto!
  1. Place kale and scallions in a food processor and pulse until chopped. Add cashews, saucy ranch dressing seasoning, rice milk, and garlic to kale mixture and pulse again to combine.
  2. Combine sea salt, lemon juice, oil and pepper-like seasoning. Slowly add to kale mixture and pulse until smooth.
  3. Stir in sesame seeds and serve with warm falafel.
