Mashed Potatoes
Creamy-Smooth Mashed Potatoes!
  1. Give potatoes a fine scrubbing and DO NOT peel potatoes.
  2. Cut into 1 inch chunks.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water (2 tsp. salt) to boil then add potatoes.
  4. Boil until fork tender.
  5. Drain water.
  6. Add in butter, sour cream and begin mixing on low speed with a hand mixer.
  7. Stream in Coconut milk until desired consistency is reached.
  8. Season with salt and Veggie Chik Seasoning to taste.
  9. Serve warm.
  10. Eat and Enjoy-to the glory of God! (1 Cor. 10:31)
