  1. Place the thawed raspberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add tofu and maple syrup and sugar and blend again until smooth.
  3. Place in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in the chia seeds and vanilla into mixture.
  5. Cover and chill overnight.
  6. Stir before serving in cute little jars.
  7. Add fresh blueberries to each jar and serve.
  8. Eat and Enjoy - to the glory of God! (1 Corinthians 10:31)
