INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 cups walnuts
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sage
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend for 5 minutes or until well combined. (Note: Mixture should be moist and spreadable.) Serve raw with crackers or use as your sandwich spread
